When joe the service writer called me to tell me vehicle was ready to pick up he told me the right rear windows does not go up or down i told Him it was working than he told me if I want there will be a charge of $150 to check I told him it should be under warranted because the vehicle is a 19 highlander and it only has less than 13,000 miles than frank step in he told me the vehicle got hit
I told him yes very light on the right front door it has nothing to do with the right rear door so I left frustrated and very disappointed.
