My service representative, Alex, was fantastic. He was accommodating, available, and efficient. I would definitely request him if I ever need any more service performed. My issue with the service is when after I received car from being serviced due to the airbag recall, the assembly of the dashboard was not completed and there was a panel missing from it, as well as something in the AC housing was loose and made a rattling noise. I found the missing piece of the dashboard in the backseat of my car, and had to schedule another appointment to get it installed and to check the noise coming from the AC. Again, I contacted Alex who was more than helpful, and we were able to facilitate. I was unable to make that second appointment until a week later due to time constraints but we were able to resolve it. It was something that should not have happened, but I am glad I dealt with Alex the second time. Great customer service representative!
