I paid almost $500 plus $1300 for other parts and I get tires that are dirty and don’t even look like they are brand new. I asked about the tires and I was told that those first would come off, but at a place like a Toyota car dealership, and after paying that much money, I expect better quality services not just inside but outside of the look, it has to be done cleanly and I've been to Toyotas in the past, and they actually washed off everything to look nice otherwise I’d think this dealership is not willing to get things done at a professional level.
