No there was something done to my CD player I found out the CD was stuck in the player and this was caused by the repair team. I was told some one would be in contact with me and no one called. Also I know times are crazy with covid. But still guest service is still what makes it a little better turning over money in these tough times. When i am treated rudly or not treated well I dont see why I should spend money for repairs I can get somewhere else. I recommend that you guys start treating people better. I know no one is going to call me or email me back .But I witnessed a few cases in which your maintance team was short with clients and not friendly. First with the people before me talking to Joe about tires. Then afterwards when I came back to get the CD issue resolves I was treated like it wasnt a big deal. Its not but when you are dealing with special children that CD is a big deal. I recommend someone contact me. It would go towards repairing a broken trust.

Was not informed that the shuttle service would not be operating before I arrived to my 5000 mile service apt. Had to spend $12 each way on an Uber. Not cool! I also stood outside in the heat waiting for my Uber to arrive and noticed the Chevy dealership shuttling customers back to their homes. Second, I received my car back without the outside being washed off or al least pressure sprayed to look nice, and Lastly I received my car missing 2 tire air caps. WTF? Not impressed!
