The amount of time I had to wait for a 10 minute install of a piece plastic was absurd. I waited an hour and a half when one of the associates said it shouldn’t take very long so I decided to wait. Service here tends to be unorganized! This is not the first time. And we had to come back because they forgot to do something.

I came to drop off my car and had been assigned to Ashak. He was busy. So I sat and waited for him. Another one of your employees walks a walk in customer to Ashak and says he is next. Ashak rightly says no I am next. So the employee takes the walk in customer to another person so he doesn’t have to wait. Why should I wait when I had an appointment? Fortunately Ashak finished soon after but this is a bad system.
