I was told that my car would have a full inspection because my breaks make a loud scraping and banging sound and the horn makes no noise, however, my paperwork says that almost everything was good including the horn and brakes. Which is wrong. How can I trust that everything was done correctly and efficiently when the inspection was not done properly. Now I will need to go to a mechanic that is not from the dealer to get those things fixed checked and fixed. I am very disappointed with Frontier Toyota service department.
