I’d give Lilly a resounding 10/10. She was always in touch with me. I told what I was planning in the next few weeks towing my RV trailer and off road plans in Moab, UT. I have 2016 Tundra. So she advised the technician of my plans to make sure my wipers are new, Cab filters are fresh, front and rear differentials are checked and differential fluid replaced. Lastly change oil and tires rotated. Kudos to Lilly and the technicians concerned. I love my Neighbourhood Frontier Toyota.
