I really liked Dean & he was very polite, friendly & fair to me in trying to quell my dissatisfaction, annoyance & inconvenience with the delays I faced when waiting for over 3 days to fix the problems with my truck’s braking system. I did discover additionally, that my brakes squeaked on & off when stopping upon driving home & previous to the work being done, they hadn’t. We tried to return to address this new concern, but Dean had already left for the day.
