The service was excellent, my car was fixed in no time, Gus was so professional and helpful. I would also like to give a thumbs up to the technician Luis for bringing his A game and brought my car back to being in good condition! Both of them needs the accolades and deserves a great pat on their backs! This the main reason why I always bring my car back to the dealership for any issues coz it’s almost always 200 % guarantee that your is well taken care of. I know it’s a little bit pricey compared to random shops but you can’t replace the satisfaction that comes with Toyota service department. Lily paid for my rental. She didn't have to but she did. The body shop came at the end of the day to put on my mirror. They saved me an extra day of driving. The cashier made sure the guy who put on the mirror was helping me and even he went out of his way. The car repair was not cheap for me at $2700 but customer service was great.
