The service person told me that I would wait for about 3 to 4 hours before getting a result and instead it took over 6 hours before he talked to me. I really feel that I deserved more contact as I waited in the waiting room. And then he kept saying that he missed lunch to complete the diagnosis of the car. I am willing to pay the money but I don’t need to hear how hard he worked. It is not as if he was the mechanic. And then told me on completion that he had 2 of his best men on it to get it completed. I do not need to know that. The work seems very good. But ....
