I left my car/apartment keys & drove home. After listening to the radio, checking my purse, I called Dean and not only did he find the keys, he had them ready at his desk!

Joe wasn’t very professional in my opinion. When I arrived in his office he automatically assumed I was there for maintenance and did not review my appointment beforehand. Did not care for his attitude or demeanor. Would not work with him again. He also said my car would be ready for pickup by noon and it wasn’t ready until 1PM

I believe my car suffers from the customer support program notification I received for the vehicle refueling problem yet I did not get a new fuel take and fuel sender gauge under the terms of the program.
I have filled my tank at least three times and it never goes to full unless I top it off.
