In the past, my service advisors would call me and give me an update and give me an estimated amount of time it would take for my vehicle to get ready. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that information. I came back to the parts department on my own after lunch, and I checked with the receptionist about my vehicle. They told me it was ready to be picked up. Once I was in my truck, I did get a call from Lilly telling me that my vehicle was ready. I do appreciate her ring back, but it was a little late. Better luck next time!
