There is no reason to contact me. I have discussed my concern with Dean already. We have repeated the same, exact " solution" to the problem. The problem has not been fixed. And, although I repeated this disappointment a few times I have been given nothing to think you have any idea of how to solve the problem.
You've given us a bandaid and moved on.

During my last visit to Valencia Toyota, Service Dept, Jack was assigned to my vehicle. I am upset to admit that he lacked the friendly customer service Toyota is known for. He provided me with incorrect information several times but then retracted when I confronted him about it. It made the experience very stressful and unpleasant due to his lack of consistency. He was not very helpful at all. I felt like I was a **** to him.
I have had a few bad experiences with dealerships before, but this tops the list.
