Valerie Reynoso provided incredible service!! I called dozens of dealerships in SoCal trying to find the best prices for some major services and Valerie was by far the kindest, most responsive, most knowledgeable, and funniest service professional I spoke with. She answered all of my questions completely, and even got the technician to come point some things out to me in the engine compartment. Because of her, I will be going to Frontier Toyota for all future services and vehicle purchases. Thank you so much for taking great care of me, Valerie!!!

I have been bringing my car to your facility for the past four years for an oil change. Typically, I don’t schedule an appointment due to conflicting work schedule. I have always been treated with respect and dignity. The car is always dropped off for the day and your dealership is extremely fast and efficient. The car is always done within a few hours. The past few times, service advisor Dean has done a phenomenal job with customer service.

I made an appointment for 7:30 the week prior for an oil change and general inspection on my new 4runner and it took over 3.5 hours to complete and no one seemed to know what happened to my vehicle or could explain to me why it took so long other than a “scheduling mishap” on their end. I asked to check on the status multiple times but it would take 15-20 each time to get any answer or update. My service rep seemed to never remember my name despite the issues going on with my vehicle. It seems if I was quoted an hour to an hour and a half and you notice I’m still there 2.5 hours later you would offer to be proactive and help figure out why it was taking so long. I want to use the service I paid for but this was a very disappointing experience for someone who owns a car related business and has bought two cars at this dealership. I had to miss work that morning because of the lack of answers or general concern to get my car in and out faster. It’s unfortunate and I’ll be hesitant next time and will have to clear my schedule for the entire day so I don’t run the risk of missing work.
