My vehicle didn't start today. So I called Frontier Toyota and spoke with Joe ****. He told me to bring the vehicle to the dealership because your extended warranty doesn't cover any roadside assistance. So I had a jump start my vehicle and took it to the dealership and drop it off.
About half an hour Joe **** called me to that the battery needs to be replaced because it is very weak and doesn't hold the load. He told me that the battery cost with labor will be around $500 and this is a special battery, no one carrying this battery. I took my vehicle out from Frontier Toyota and got tested out elsewhere. The battery test comes out well, and the new battery price was just $103. I am very disappointed by Joe ****, how he mislead me, and he didn't tell me that the roadside assistance is included with the extended warranty I have purchased from Frontier Toyota.
They were trying to rip me off again, even though there was nothing wrong with the battery.

I hear a noise/squeal/screech when I put my brakes on. The brakes work fine but there should be no type of noise when I brake. This is the second time I brought my car in and no one hears it. Very frustrating. I have a brand new 2020 Camry that has less than 5,000 miles on it. There should be no noise.

I feel that given my truck is still under warranty that toyota failed to see the screw in my tire and didn't mention it.....you aren't making money from the service therefore it's just dismissed by the service Dept...I will not be bringing my vehicle to toyota when the warranty has run it's course.... disappointing considering I purchased my vehicle at your dealership....
