Carlos is and should be an asset to your company. He has earned my business time and time again. I drive all the way from Palmdale just for my appointments with him. It is worth the drive. As long as my vehicle always comes back to me in one piece from the back I will always be bringing my vehicle to him :) so far so good! Another plus is that he doesn’t make a big fuss over my 5 tire rotation request over the standard 4 due to me having 5 full wheel set up on my 4Runner. Previous dealerships have straight up refused to provide that simple service.
