My initial contact with Toyota(out of state)in setting up my airbag recall service at Frontier Toyota. I was told this service recall would include a complimentary car wash. Upon leaving Frontier I asked one of the service attendants why my car hadn't been wash. He said they don't wash your vehicle after service. Very unfair to customers being told this at the beginning.
