Gustavo has taken over as our family go to service employee. He’s always attentive and provides us with great customer service. I will definitely recommend my friends to see Gustavo when they need their Toyota serviced.

Mr Alatorre was not helpful, we asked for a rental because we needed to stay there for many hours, we love far and don’t know anyone in Valencia. The answer was “if you pay for it”. We were also denied about having an Uber called for us to take us to the Mall where he suggested we should wait.
Already spoke to the General Manager Bob and explained all the situation and the reason for our bad review.
