Quoted 60-90 minutes for the service at 105 minutes I responded to the text system requesting an update and did not receive one. At 120 minutes I went up the the front and asked about the car and was then told it was ready and I was oh my way.

Had to call and check in on the truck being serviced, we asked to have the wheels and tires we brought in mounted but we had to call and be told they didn't fit they weren't going to tell us that and had already started putting the tires on the wheels we already had. We also were not told that if we couldn't do the alignment we would still be charged for it anyway. If the wheels and tires we brought in weren't going to fit we wouldn't have had them put on ad would have just done the oil change but we weren't even called and told they didn't fit they made the decision to put them on the old wheels
