I had 2 brand new tires on the front and 2 that are 8 months old and I did not ask for them to be rotated....now I have to have it put back the way it was....they should have realized during their service because they did a wheel alignment....??

This has nothing to do with Joe. He was great. I arrived ten minutes early to my service appointment. There was one car already there, a tech was writing her up. No one approached me. I was standing next to my car, waiting patiently. After three other cars pulled up and were given attention it was clear I was being ignored. I asked a tech what I needed to do to get service, do I need to go up to the office? Yes he replied. When I got to Joe’s office he asked where my paper was. All of this ate up 30 min of my time. There’s a problem here.
