I had an issue b with my door clunking, tech report said it was normal and was lubricated. I call bs there, it was neither lubricated nor normal. I checked a brand new vehicle and it was not doing that, tech was showing me a year old vehicle same as mine with the clunk and said it had something to do with the stopper and nothing can be done to.mitigated that. That is BS, if it was not previously there, the new ones did not have that either. This is a qc issue.

Joe always does a great job. Last night I was going to go to work. My vehicle didn't start. Today I had to get a new battery but the technician signed off on the paperwork that my battery was fine. Which to me he never checked it because I checkered my battery and one of the cables was covered with corrosion that he didn't clean. I had to buy a new battery. While I am leasing this vehicle I should be reimbursed.
