It's hard to say just a yes or no. Customer service was awesome Lily was awesome the guy in the parts department was awesome. The problem I have is my water pump has been leaking for about 2 weeks approximately. A small pinhole leak probably where the gasket failed. There is evidence of this on the strut where the Etc. However the only way that you guys and here's your way out would have known about it is if my car was up on a rack and the guy had a good view of the strut. If it was on the rack and it was missed well I'll leave that up to you to decide thank you

Invoice C12234. Took my 2021 RAV4 XLE in for Forst oil change and told Alex Saenz about loose front window bottom molding and slight wind noise near tailgate. I believe the oil was changed. The tech did not check the molding according to invoice notes, yet Alex told me they replaced it. The wind noise was blamed on a small scrape and molding that is about to come loose. The tech is bad again because no molding is loose at all. The noise was from the Forst time I drove it. I showed Alex the big gaps along the top and top sides of the tailgate. I’m very disappointed with this experience and hope my molding can be replaced or reinstalled correctly ASAP. I would also like to show a manager the suspected problem causing the tailgate wind noise. Please contact me, Greg W
