Valerie was very friendly and informative. One of my concerns was my brakes so when I got the checklist back that was indicated low. What is the point you suggest new brakes? I would have thought that was today but maybe they go lower.

When I drove away from Toyota, I heard a strange noise. I turned around immediately to return to Toyota.and got my car in the service line. When I told the serviceman why I had returned, he directed me to Dean’s office. I immediately went there, and spoke to Dean about the noise. Immediately he went to my car, had me turn on the motor, sat in the passenger seat, closed the door and instantly fixed the problem. My radio was on, but there was no program, just static. I explained to him that I had never even turned on the radio in all the years I had owned the car. So one of your servicemen must have turned it on to test the new battery is my guess. I suggest you instruct your service dept. to also turn off the radio. Not recognizing the noise, I was really worried about my car. Thanks to Dean, I was immediately put at ease. There was no problem. Thank you for his immediate solution.

Truck brought in for airbag recall. I was disappointed at being told the engine drive belt was worn and needs replacement at over $200. That belt is new, literally 3 weeks old with less than 200 miles on it. Either your service tech is incompetent or your service department is trying to rip customers off. Shameful.
