Valerie is an asset too your Toyota organization . She is knowledgeable, courtesy, and always professional. The mechanic that worked on my car informed Valerie that my problem was only a loose belt and needed only adjusting. Instead of a major problem it turned out to be minor.

It was an interesting experience, I bought my car the day before, the sales team told me to come the next day for my cilajet appointment (krostopher). I got to the appointment and Arshak had told me I wasn’t scheduled and it wasn’t on my due bill. There was a lot of miscommunication, however, Arshak helped fit me in. I do feel like my cilajet application was rushed, however.
