Great service above and beyond

I was very impressed with the service that was afforded me by Alex Saenz. He is very efficient and was very helpful and attentive in getting me through a normally tedious experience.

I called on two separate occasions this week asking specific questions about using my wheel and tire protection on my rims. On both occasions your employees told me that the rim guy is there on Fridays only and that they would fix the curb rash on 2 of my rims. I called off of work so that I could take my car in for a service and to have my rims worked on. When I arrived on Friday at 9:00am. Sharp lily did not know anything about what the wheel and tire protection was and how to use it. She also thought that the rim guy was there on Thursday which was not true. After telling her that I have the full protection including fixing cosmetic issues on my vehicle and rims, she finally agreed to call the service center and see what the process would be.my rims did not get fixed that day even though the 2 other employees said that they would be fixed. When I picked up my car I also noticed my valve stem caps were ALL lose, the pyramid cone that is placed on the roof of my car slid down the rear window and scratched my trunk. And finally I brought to her attention that the coolant fluid was not topped off. I had to tell them that they need to fill it up. All that considering who's to say that the service department did anything correct that they were supposed to do.
