I checked in with Dean for an oil change and tire rotation. At check out, I see the paperwork says tire rotation/no oil change. When I asked Dean, he blithely said I wasn't quite due for an oil change. Why didn't he advise me of this before my car was taken for service? I could have opted not to have any service and saved myself an hour of waiting that day. Then he told me, flippantly, to just bring the car back in a few weeks. I live 45 miles away; there is no "just" when I schedule my errands. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and consideration.

He was very nice but, his vehicle was filthy inside. empty bottles, grungy dirt everywhere.
