You should let customers know when is the latest they can pick up their car. I showed up around 6:15pm to pick up my car and service was closed. I assumed it closed at 9pm since that’s when Toyota closes. Luckily someone was still there that could help me out. Please make it clear when we need to pick up our car. Thank you.

Everyone went well beyond the mark of expectations and took care of all my concerns. When issues arrived Alex my advisor made sure to ensure the issues resolved and even explained it all of the details. One thing I will mention is that it seemed like my wheel covers were damaged and unfortunately they could not be replaced by frontier.
