Very nice. My car has low mileage5,500. Only complaint is it took just over 2 hours with appointment for oil change , check fluids- which I’m sure were fine, and rotate tires.

I was told my car needed an alignment—which I found shocking considering I had under 15k miles on it and I’ve never hit a curb or anything like that. But considering my previous experiences I thought I could trust the dealership. I should have known with the shortage of cars, therefore sales, that you would make up unnecessary service expenses. I was charged $139 for a 4 wheel alignment when my wheels were only .03° or less out. I mean come on. That can happen if you hit a bump in the road. I checked under my vehicle to make sure there were actually wrench marks on my bolts to show proof that you even did anything. Luckily there were. But next time I will be refusing any added on services and really I should have fought for a refund because that’s absolutely ridiculous to mess with and charge someone for. I know we’re in a pandemic and money is short but you lost a customer as soon as my Toyota care expires. I will never trust you guys again and I will be sharing my story.

I came in to purchase a new key and have it programmed. My one key was un programmed and I now have to go back to have the original key that was already programmed. Programmed again. Very frustrating this wasn’t checked
