Lily was great and provided excellent service. But, the scheduled maintenance took 1.5 hours longer than expected. I would think that when you make an appointment your service time is minimal. I am unsure if I will return to this location.

Ms. Jimenez was very accommodating in find me an appointment with short notice and I felt like I received the Nordstrom’s or Chik Fil A treatment as she made sure I didn’t have any additional questions about service or my vehicle and both texted me and made the walk to the airing room to notify me that my vehicle was ready. Since Toyota still doesn’t offer shuttle service, I told Valerie that I didn’t want to walk home in the hot heat. I asked her whether it would be better to come today or tomorrow. She said it’s not too busy this morning & it shouldn’t take more than 2 hours for you to wait. It actually took less than 2 hours.

Lily was great as usual. I had a specific body problem that is not normal for the service team to deal with. Lily went out of her way to help me get this resolved. Her manager was also really professional , nice and knew exactly what to do to help me with my problem. Great service!!!
