I was told when the appoinment was set that service would take about an hour but arrive to be told 3 hours, like that is the standard.
It was actually ready in 45 minutes, good but strange.
Also nobody ever asked if I had any issues with the cat. It was all about Toyota's process. The owner was of little concern.
A small thing, there is a complementary car wash listed in the Manuel which did not happen.
The service department is not up to the caliber of the sales department. A shame.

I was very pleased that I was able to make an appointment on the same morning with Jack. However upon arrival the man that took my vehicle did not give me an invoice so I left my car without being checked in. I dropped my car off at about 10:20 am. I hadn’t heard from the Frontier by 1:30pm (3 hrs later) regarding the status of my car so I called only to learn my car they hadn’t started working on my car.
They couldn’t find any record of my car. I was transferred to Jack who immediately figured out what had happened. Jack was very apologetic and said he would immediately expedite the repair. The car was ready by 3:00pm.
Jack was very pleasantly and professional.
