The repair I came in for was not completed even though it spent several hours at the shop and I paid for it. The car is now back at the dealership waiting to be looked at and hopefully fixed tomorrow morning. Very frustrated that it was not completed and no one seemed to check that. The rear hatch’s ability to open is a pretty easy thing to check for having been repaired.
