My service rep, Jack, was extremely personable and answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely request him next time to get the vehicle serviced. The only thing I think could have been a little better was the pricing for the service. I feel like it’s fairly overpriced for the services. Other than that, no complaints.

The complete and utter disrespect for a client’s time is truly disappointing. I arrived for an appointment and 4.5 hours later finally was able to pick up my daughter late from childcare. An oil change and brakes should not take this long with an appointment without prior notice. Upon arrival, I made sure to bring to their attention that both my oil and brakes were authorized to be completed. Again, I had to check in to make sure my brakes were being done (they weren’t) 2.5 hours into a standard, scheduled oil change. I will NOT be servicing my car here in the future. I should not have to take a full day off of work, pay for child care AND pay a late fee on top of it all.

My appointment was for 2pm, I arrived 1:22pm, was told it would take an hour and half to complete my car oil change/services,
Unfortunate It took way too long before job was done on my car, I left there about 4:56pm.
Good time management system would be an added improvement.
