My service agent was having a bad day as he stated to me and I definitely understand. I think I should have been referred to someone else so he can deal with whatever situation he had going. Maybe he should have taken the rest of the day off. It was my very first time ever servicing one of my vehicles at Frontier Valencia. I normally go to Oxnard DCH of Toyota. I have had great service there but thought I would give you guys a shot since it’s closer to home. I arrived 15 minutes early so I checked in with the receptionist and she informed me Logan would be back shortly as he was on lunch. I explained to her I was a bit early and I didn’t mind waiting. 2 pm came and Logan arrived saw me standing with the receptionist as she told him I was there to see him. He then said okay and walked away from us both. I then said I’ll just wait outside until he settles in and calls me. He took a while and I was in no rush and waiting on him. He finally called me into his office and informed me he was dealing with something, then proceeded to check me in. I wanted to show him a couple things of concern with my vehicle but he had no interest in going out of his office to check on my vehicle. Maybe that’s not his job as I am not sure, I am just used to the service advisor checking everything with me. He told me where the waiting area was as I would be waiting and said he would try to have my vehicle worked on as quickly as possible. Vehicle was ready after 2.5 hours which is okay. Logan happen to call me when the vehicle was ready however I missed his call on accident but called right back. He said “your car is ready, there is nothing we can do regarding one of my concerns on the vehicle and the other concern he would have to send to the autobody shop” I said okay. He didn’t seem interested in setting that appointment up so I didn’t push the issue. I figured I would just call back another day since he didn’t seem to be having a better day from the point he walked in at 2pm. I just figured that someone would call to follow up for the auto shop appointment but has not happen yet. I am not very sure I want to try this dealership to service my vehicles in the future yet. I believe customer service skills needs to be revisited and retraining offered to the service agents at least the one that helped me.

I was told my service would take no more than two hours. The service did not begin until two hours had already past. I waited at the dealership because I was led to believe my service would be likely less than two hours. I should have been told I’d have to wait more than two hours. I could have gone to work. My time is worth at least as much as the dealership’s.
