Almost 3 hours for a 5,000 mile check-up is ridiculous. Logan was on lunch when I dropped off and I never even heard from him until I had to go find him after 2 hours to ask about it and he just said his tech had been in lunch and there was still one other person in front of me. Not to mention everything was done without any sincerity. You could tell he doesn’t care.

I made appointment on website Thursday for 1 pm Friday March 27. Confirmation #677813476. When I arrived, they said I wasn't in system and handed me a slip of paper to take to the receptionist. I showed her confirmation and she told me to go to Lily's office to check in. 35,000 mile service authorized. Lily said she would come get me by 3 pm. 3 came and went. Finally at 3:52 pm, I her call from Lily saying front brakes need service. I refused since I had already been there 4 hours and asked how much longer before car is ready. Lily said it would be ready shortly. At 4:09, wife called to ask where I was. Then she called Frontier and was not nice. Lily spoke to me after and said reason it took so long was because I didn't have appointment. I showed her confirmation. Then she said I made it on same day. I showed her again confirmation on Thursday. Then she said appointment was for Saturday 27 March. The 27th was Friday. I shouldn't have to argue with a service advisor, especially when I have confirmation of the appointment. The advisor should also honor promise. If you say car will be ready at 3, it should be or you should contact me, not have me find you to her status. If I didn't have a paid service agreement with Frontier, I would find another place for service.

Waited about 3 1/2 hours for an oil change when I had a scheduled appointment! I finally walked up to Carlos to ask how much longer. He looked in the system and said my name was left as “purple” and not changed to “black.” He said it should have been completed by then and completed it himself. So, basically I would have waited all damn day if I didn’t go inquire?? Who knows how long my car was already completed for before that. I drove 45 min each way for this. My first and last visit to this dealership.
