Dropped off my car at 11 30 and it was not done till 330 with appointment!! .. i took it in for a 15k miles inspection and that took almost 4hrs!!! Then I drive away with my car just to notice that the maintenance required had not been reset so there I have to drive back to the dealer to get it reset! I don’t even know if anything was even done to the car. Overall very disappointed with this dealer service. Find a way to lower your wait time for customers that are actually waiting at the dealer, that made an actual appointment. Seriously 4hrs for an inspection?? I’m guessing 8hrs if I needed an oil change?

Also, since you did whatever you did, my XM satellite radio doesnt work.
I showed the Service Mgr who tinkered with itbabd said it works fine, and yet, i now have no Serius XM service?
This was my 1st tine receiving service since buyibg my car and I'm pretty dissatisfied.
Plus, rheres no feelibg of welcone or appreciation at the dealership. Everyone seems to be in bad moods and no one ever smiles. Inckudibg the sakes people.
It's not how you keep me as a customer.
