JAcks Service was good he was very kind . But the service provided by Toyota was not good. I took my car Saturday because it had a noice and several of the lights in the dashboard were on . They told me about some things that were broken but they could not repair them until Tuesday. Whem I took my car back home the car stopped and there was a burning smell. I had to tow it back to Toyota and then they told me that the thermostat was not working. Why they did not look into it the first tims I took the car???

Service Replaced OEM brake pads with ceramic pads. Now I have to drive 120 miles again and spend my morning to have the pads replaced with the original OEM pads. Service should replace with the same value brake pads.
