I asked them if they can put the paint cover for the car the guy told me if they do it it will take them 1/2 day to get it done which I say that was fine I drop the car at 8 am I was expecting to pick it up around 4 pm I think that’s was enough time to finish it well they called me like 3 hours later to let me know I can go get the car I pass by 3 pm and I realize they didn’t do it because it was gonna take time if they need more time why the didn’t told me so I can leave the car and go the next day ????????????and also I told them to Check the 2 back tires because they been loosing air pressure with and days the only check the pressure not the problem why they where loosing the pressure next day the problem comes one tire was showing it was low at 27 now I have to loose a day tomorrow because I have to take the car again thanks Toyota you been so helpful
