We had spoken to Jay last Friday about how Valerie disrespected my wife by ignoring for 10 minutes after she called to inform that the car was ready for pick up in Friday. She gets there and is ignored and the car was not ready.. she didn’t provide a receipt fir the service rendered. Jay calls to rectify the situation and offers to price 4 tires at the same deal you offered last month but wasn’t currently available. Today my wife takes her car and is told that no such deal was made and that the notes don’t say anything about a deal. I had to yell and cuss for you to keep your word.
