My daughter took our truck in for a service oil change, tire rotation, check all levels, etc. She tells me the service people did the tire rotation and checked all levels but did not change the oil. They told her it didn’t need it! The truck was about 4000 from the last service. Since when? Never have been told oil didn’t need changing, However we were charged over $100 for that. Really, outrageous! Not happy at all!

She did not get me the estimate that I asked for and her overall attitude was very snotty.
