The estimate for my oil change was $49, but the actual charge $60…. Last time it was $49 plus tax… now $60 plus tax… I did not know. Also, I said I’m here for a quick oil change… I know from past service that is not that quick sometimes… the service agent instead of telling me “we will try for a quick service, but today we are busy… blah, blah, blah… no, he said “this will not be a quick service 2 to 3 hours wait, do you have a number that we can call you?” I said, yes is on file, but I will be here waiting… I got there at 1100 everything was done by 1240… less than 2 or 3 hours! Why the extra negative service expectations?

Fist time ever been there. It has been the worst service guy I ever deal with.
I had an appointment with the service guy right off the bat he was rude about taking a long time to service my car. I fell because my car has the Toyota care they have to do the service for free they don’t pay attention to us clients.
