Service rep. (Valerie Reynosa) as always is extremely helpful and extremely professional. Mechanic’s that have worked on my car currently and in the past are extremely knowledgeable and a credit too their profession.
The only negative is cost of parts and labor but yet I find dealerships are close too private sector prices. I chose the dealership original parts over after market parts when I can afford it.

Lilly provided good service, but your dealership is understaffed. When I first got there, no one greeted me for awhile so I had to go and talk to the receptionist, who apologized for being “so short staffed.” Despite being on time for my appointment, when I arrived, Lilly had someone in her office, and I waited outside her office in a line with about 3 or 4 other people. Lilly was on the phone, had someone seated in her office and had a line out the door. This was a week day. I shudder to think what happens on a busy Saturday. I hope you consider hiring more staff before you lose customers.
