I had appointment at the dealer at 7:15am for the recall. I dropped my truck and send me home via Uber. They told me that it will be 3 hours. By 10:30am I called the dealer they transferred my call to Alex and just answering machine. I tried to call the service at least 5 times but still answering machine. The six call they transferred me to another service consultant but ending to Alex voice mail/ answering machine. I they to call several times from lunch to 1pm but nobody is picking up the phone. So I decided to go to the dealer with my wife and we we got there Alex told me that my truck is done. Alex told me that he never got my messages and he texted me once at 1:21pm after I got to the dealer. The point is they told me just 3 hours for the recall work but ending up almost 6 hours for that stupid gasket at the third brake light. I lost almost my day for nothing. We will celebrate my wife's birthday. I will never ever bring my truck to that dealer if just for a stupid recall. I used to bring my truck in that dealer for service and everything's OK because I have to pay. But for a recall, I think they just want to milk that **** cow.

I bought two Toyota Corolla from frontier Valencia. Soon to get the third one. My experience: mostly good. And the occasional poor, or meh experience. Today I had an outstanding experience. Lily is very professional, straight to the point, knowledgeable, Helpful, and overall, she is honest. Honest to a rare level. Best representative I had ever met in Toyota Valencia. She is the reason why I will extend my service on my cars.
