I went to check with the dealer because I’ve been having problems with my tires on my newly purchased Sienna 2021 Hybrid. It ended up costing me $250 to get it my tires replaced. However, not even a month afterwards, the same tire that I had checked exploded on the freeway. Thank god that my wife and son weren’t harmed, but this was honestly something that should have never happened in the first place. Something like this honestly makes me question my trust on a big car dealer company like Toyota which is honestly the car brand I’ve stuck with for pretty much my entire life. I’m very disappointed that I paid for a brand new car only to end up paying $250 for them to not fix my problem, and then an additional $40 on top of that to get my tire replaced again, something that should never had been a problem in the first place had my tires had been properly fixed the first time.
