Lily provided excellent service. She was capable of providing all the information about my safety recall. She was courteous and kind. Will definitely go to Lily in the future. An issue I had was the quality I received my car in. When I got in after 9 days of the dealership having my vehicle I expected everything to be smooth. To my surprise, the seat belt panels were both hanging out and not in place. The plastic was sticking out. The safety belt is not fully engaged. Complete lack of attention from the service department. Like they punched the plastic in and said whatever. Please follow-up with your service technicians as this is not okay.
