Brought my Camry in for regular service, experience started out well.
Joe called and said i needed front brakes, no issues he told me my car would be ready between 4-4:30, i never received a call, we went around 4:30, Joe was not there, i asked the cashier if my car was ready, she said she wasn't sure i had to ask Joe, i went to Joe’s office and the lady in the next office said he was gone for the day, and i had to find someone who was working late. I found Jack was who great as usual, he told he my car was done at 4:10. Unacceptable service.
