The customer service representative that I was told to see was not available when I went to the service center to drop off the car. I needed to wait for 20 min until another representative assisted me. When I picked up the car I had told them to reset a maintenance message they appeared on my screen. I then had to wait additional time to have someone assist me to clear that message. I cannot comment on the work performed since it was a recall service.

The change oil tile two hours and 20 minutes. Usually it takes 30 -45 minutes. The representative did not tell me when I came in that the change oil will take longer. It toke two hours and 20 minutes to change the oil. You rested my time .. none of the representatives shows up and say sorry and when you go ask him he keep saying you car will be ready soon … lies. I went to the director of services who speed the process and he saw that I got mad … To make me satisfied the director give me free change oil … he promised to email me the receipt and still he did not email it … they need countinuos t customer training and quality control auditing

My fluids were supposed to be topped off according to a copy of the check list of performed services. My coolant remained in the low level as when the vehicle arrived, thus makes one worry whether everything was really checked.
