You offer no courtesy shuttle, using covid as an excuse. I literally had to sit there and wait for my car for 2 hours and nearly 45 minutes for basically a 20 minute service call. As I only get 2 days off per week, it is just not pleasant to have to waste nearly 3 hours of my time on one of my days for something that should take 20 minutes. As per usual, when I got back in my car my steering wheel needed readjusting my seat needed readjusting my lights needed readjusting my radio needed readjusting and fingerprints were left all over the hood of my car. I absolutely love buying my car from frontier Toyota, But I absolutely do not love having to bring it there for servicing.
