Arrived at0734 for my appointment with joe Garicia when I arrived you told me he would have me out early per conversation we had on the phone so I told him I will be there around 0700 to 0730 .my car wasn’t done until 1258pm since I been there since 0734. The person I always go and see is Lily’but my appointment was with joe Garicia never again I will go back with him he made me late to work and lie about me being out on time never once came to me and let me know any updates on my car he pass by me several time and never said anything about it going to be a while or something so again I will never go to him again he have the worst customer service

I was not updated on the status of my vehicle. I sat in the lobby for 6 hours before I was notified about anything on my vehicle. Last service they mentioned my drive belt needed to be replaced and this time it was okay? They marked that they rotated my tires, but the they’re still low the the recommended tire pressure and I have after market rims, tires and lugs that require a special socket so I know they weren’t rotated. I drive 45 minutes to frontier because I felt the service was worth it, but now I’m starting to feel it may not be worth it anymore.
