Service was done in a timely matter didn’t have to wait long and everything seems perfect after the service drove it 350 miles back home ran beautifully. My only complaint would be the service representative and the cashier that closed me out both of them had zero customers service skills a little friendliness and a smile go along way but no such luck. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day but made me feel like everything was a chore.

I was told my tire had a nail in it, that it could not be patched, and that I would need a new tire. Luckily I did not purchase the tire. I took my vehicle elsewhere, where I was told that it was just a staple, and they were able to patch it. So I'm not sure I will return to Frontier Toyota after being lied to.

My vehicle was serviced completely before the time frame that was promised. Very welcoming staff and associates This dealership is further for me to get my vehicle serviced but I was not happy with the closer dealership

I came in Saturday morning to get my car serviced and did not receive much help. I waited to have a service employee assist and was appointed to Logan. He was very rude from the start and was brushing me off. I first asked if this was going to be covered and Logan assured me that I was not going to be coming out of pocket. 2 hours into my car getting service I received a call from Logan stating that this was not going to be covered. I asked him why and that you already told me that this was covered. I agreed to getting the service done since this was something that had to be done. I called Logan back and left a voicemail asking if they were going to do my 15000 car service since I was 20 mines shy from that. He never called me back and I called about 4 different times. I showed up to the dealership upset to find out that all the service team members were all on lunch together. This was ridiculous! I left the dealership and received a call 1 minute after from Logan that my car was ready. So during the time that I was there my car was ready but needed “Logan” to release my car. I wasn’t the only one complaining either. Overall this was such a bad experience.
