Rep did not make clear to me that I was not due for an oil change so all they would be doing was resetting the maintenance light and rotating tires. I wait two and a half hours for this to be done and only got my car when I did because I asked for an update at the cashiers desk. I had to do the same last time. I had told her to update the phone to my cell number instead of my mom’s both this time and last time and my mom was still the one getting texts. Once I asked for an update lily told the cashier she just had to close out the paperwork so how long was it sitting there?? I was the second person at the dealership that morning. Once I got the car back, the maintenance light was still on. I had to go back to lily and ask her and she came with me to the car and reset it in one second. Why did I wait two and a half hours for that?! Horrible. Also, I miraculously got text messages to my number once I reminded lily again that it needs to be changed. She claimed she had already done it but obviously had not.

My engine oil came on, my husband checked the oil, and everything was fine. He thought it could be a sensor. I told Joe to please have it checked. When I picked up my car, the light came on again after driving about 2 minutes. Very disappointed, because now I have to bring it back in again.
